I made an online appointment for tire rotation (Friday @9a.m), then was contacted the next morning via phone call by Tires Plus stating there was no availability so I need to pick a different time. Arrived to my new scheduled time for a basic tire rotation, on tires I purchased new from them 11 months earlier. Rotation was completed and the manager Ray was aggressive in asking for a positive review, stating he was in a competition with another employee and the winner gets dinner? He also stated that I needed a coolant flush. I thought that was odd since my coolant was just flushed during a water pump replacement less than 2 months earlier. I left the location and was driving for a while when my 2020 Ford van alerted me to a tire pressure issue. I checked my vehicles information display, it indicated that the front and rear tire pressure was not to spec. I returned to the shop and spoke to the manager about this. He spoke to the technician, who stated that the vehicles tpms would not reset? but the tires are set to the correct pressure. I was sent on my way with no effort to rectify my newly acquired issue caused by them. I watched a quick YouTube video on how to relearn the tire position after rotating tires. I easily fixed the issue myself. Although it was inconvenient for me, as its early February in Wisconsin and I had to do this in my driveway. I had assumed taking my vehicle into a professional shop would have the competence to handle this. Use caution at this location.

I feel compelled to share my appreciation for the exceptional customer service I experienced at the Pewaukee, WI location. While waiting for an oil change and tire rotation, I observed Ray assisting other customers with professionalism, patience and a genuine commitment to helping them. Ray’s approach stood out to me - he was attentive, clear in his communication and made sure every customer felt valued. It’s rare to see such consistent dedication, and it truly reflects positively on the team and the store. Please pass along my thanks to Ray for making the experience so positive. It’s employees like him who make a lasting impression and keep customers coming back. I will make this location my main go to for my fleet truck and will send our other fleet drivers and all friends and family here with confidence!

I made two appointments to get a slow leak repaired. The first time I was told some workers didn't show so they were backed up. I could come back a second time. Made another appointment for the next day. When I came I was told two people came in for tires so it would be 1 1/2 hours before I could get in. I was bumped by drive-ins with no appointments. New tires = more $ than repairs. So. I waited. They said they fixed it. I said I saw two nails. They said, no they saw only one. A week later I had to add air in that tire. Then I needed to add air again they next week. $40+ for a slower leak. I pumped it up past it recommended psi, put soap on the tire and...bubbles. I couldn't bring myself to go back so I went to another tire store. They took it right in and fixed it for FREE. My eyes hadn't received me there indeed was a second nail. Did they really deserve even these two stars?
