We were in the area for a hockey tournament and I was having vehicle problems in -5 temperatures. Jeff went above and beyond to get us back on the road. He helped not only with the parts we needed he had valuable advice for preventative maintenance and even helped with a few basic hand tools that i needed to install my new parts. I can’t say thanks enough for helping us when we needed it . Matt

We had to get a new car battery for my mom’s car 11-8-25. Jeff was the salesman who helped us choose which kind we needed. He was very professional and installed the battery for us and it was cold out. Thank you!

Was in the reedsburg store on 04/02/2020 around 1 pm. Looking for some simple clips for my wheel wells. The guy didn't know what I was talking about. So I showed him. However, rather than walking out to the car with me he stood inside at the store. He was able to show me what I needed but was unable to show me the size. That's when the store manger walks out and asks what I need. Rather than one of them walking out to the car to see what size I need, they told me that I would need to figure it out and then come back. I understand we are supposed to be social distancing, but there still is a thing called customer service. It would have taken them 30 seconds and they couldn't even be bothered. So I went down the street to weavers and got great customer service. I work in the customer service industry and if I treated a customer that way I would have been written up or fired. I know it wasn't the biggest sale in the world but a sale is a sale. Am I right? They have just lost a customer because they didn't want to bother helping. Great job guys....not.
