It’s really sad that I feel the need to post this review about a professional company, but after what I witnessed yesterday, I don’t feel right staying quiet. Yesterday I was a bystander at an accident on the north side of Port Washington by Piggly Wiggly. There were people injured at the scene. An officer on site waved down a tow truck that was passing through, which I’m assuming was to help clean up and assist with the situation. While that tow truck was loading a vehicle, another towing company, Eddie’s service pulled up. An older gentleman with white hair got out of the truck and immediately went over to the other tow operator. What I witnessed next was honestly shocking. He started yelling, swearing, and telling the other tow driver to get out of the way. It was aggressive, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate, especially considering there were injured people at the scene. I could not believe I was watching a grown man act this way while another company was simply trying to help. I felt terrible for the people involved in the accident and for the tow operator who was already there assisting. Based on what I saw, I would never want to use a company that conducts themselves like that in public, especially during an emergency. I tried calling the company afterward to inform the owner about how their employee was acting, but I could not get through to anyone. After doing some quick research, I realized this was not the first time this company has been involved in behavior like this. There are multiple reports of them preying on people who need towing services and charging excessive amounts when law enforcement requests them. This isn’t hearsay. I don’t know this company, and I’m not even from the area. It only took a few quick searches to see a pattern. What I witnessed firsthand, combined with what’s publicly available, made it very clear what kind of company this is.

This place is disgusting. I have to drive past it for the last five years it has looked like an absolute junkyard. I cannot believe the city or village allows them to use the road and their personal parking lot and work area while letting the outside look like this. Cars everywhere, clutter all over tires laying everywhere, fluids leaking all over ground into drains , and no regard for the surrounding area. If this is what the public sees from the street, I can only imagine what the inside looks like and how customers’ vehicles are treated.

I meant to leave this a long time ago but I’m still pissed. I brought my car in to get the brakes fixed and left with more issues than I started with. The front desk was run by minors who had no idea what was going on. I sat in the shop for over 20 minutes with no one saying a word to me until someone finally tells me, “you can go now,” like I was just hanging out for fun. When I came back, my key fob didn’t work. It had just been replaced before I brought the car in, and now suddenly it’s dead. The mechanic couldn’t even figure out which key was mine off the wall. Total mess. And the best part? I was still having brake issues after they “fixed” them. I took the car to a shop in Glendale and they told me the brake pads were installed backwards. That’s not just really stupid , it’s dangerous. Never going back. Total joke of a shop.
