They offer a bright and comfortable office and waiting area. Water, coffee, TV. I appreciate their concern about the customers comfort while waiting for their vehicles to be done. The office staff are all so very kind, friendly, helpful, and always offer a smile. I have only been there twice, but I am treated as a frequent and loyal customer. Their work is done expertly and expeditiously. It's is nice to have it done ahead of schedule. The quality of their parts and value of their work is second to none. I can also see that it's not just about getting the job done; they take pride in a job well done. There aren't a lot of places like that nowadays. They were even able to easily calibrate sensors on my Benz that other places, notably Sa*^Lite, said could not be recalibrated. (I won't be going back there.) From now on, any windshield issues I have, I'm going to GA!

Stop searching, this is 100% the company you want to use. Outstanding service that is rarely seen these days. After filing a claim they reached out within 12 hours to schedule and got me in within a day. Matt, the technician provided me a ride to work after I dropped off my car, then picked me up after the repair was done. The lady over the phone the day before also offered to provide me a ride or even to take her own car into my work for a couple of hours if I preferred. Everyone was super friendly. Communication was very smooth and timely. They completed the work ahead of schedule with good quality. Overall top notch experience that you just don't often get anymore. Highly recommend.
