I want to give a huge thank you to everyone at All City Towing who helped me with my recovery tow today. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, respectful, and reassuring during what could have been a very stressful situation. Before calling All City, I had already reached out to multiple towing companies and was told they couldn’t tow my vehicle out of a frozen stream. Once I spoke with the dispatcher at All City, everything changed. She was calm, confident, and reassuring, explained the process clearly, gave me an upfront quote, and let me know that once the tow operators arrived, they would assess the situation and let me know if anything needed to change. That transparency alone meant a lot. When the tow team arrived on scene, they kept me informed every step of the way and gave me options instead of pressure. They treated both me and my vehicle with respect and care. It was not a simple job, they brought out multiple trucks, and several team members worked together to recover my vehicle safely. You could tell they were communicating, thinking strategically, and focused on doing the job the right way, not the rushed way. The supervisor even let me know that he had his top guys on the job and that they were working through the smartest approach to get it done safely. That level of honesty and confidence really put me at ease. They completed the recovery within about 1.5–2 hours and even took the time to point out vegetation and debris underneath my vehicle afterward so I could address it. This wasn’t just a tow... it was real teamwork, professionalism, and care. Every person involved showed respect, patience, and expertise. I’m truly grateful and would 100% recommend All City Towing to anyone needing recovery or towing services.

Dominic saved us on Valentines! We came out to find out SUV towed and he was right there getting another vehicle. He offered us a free ride to where our SUV was parked. He was very cordial and hospitable! It was our fault but he lightened the situation! We showed a token of our appreciation by giving him a cannoli! He was a class-act and was definitely keeping himself busy! He deserves a raise!
