The week before Christmas my 2012 Ford Escape developed a very loud exhaust leak, and I wasn’t even sure what the main issue was. I searched Google for exhaust repair near me and found Exhaust Plus in West Salem. They were just a town over and very easy to locate. I called around noon, they took my name and phone number, and were able to squeeze me in the same day at 2:30 PM — which I really appreciated during such a busy time of year. When I arrived, the front office staff took my keys and had my vehicle pulled into the bay immediately. The technician diagnosed the issue very quickly, came into the office, pulled up a full exhaust diagram, and clearly explained what was wrong. He went over the parts, labor, pricing, and gave me three repair options before starting any work. I walked in at 2:30 PM and was back on the road by 3:25 PM — not even a full hour. The price was very reasonable, and the entire process was fast, easy, and stress-free. Before the repair, you could hear me coming from a mile away. Now, it’s so quiet I can barely tell the vehicle is running — even quieter than when I originally bought it. This place truly deserves 5 stars, and if any new exhaust issues arise in the future, I’ll definitely be back. I highly recommend Exhaust Plus to anyone needing exhaust work.

Great shop, customer service, and price. After a few years in WI, my old exhaust finally couldn't keep up with the snow and salt, eventually rusting away. I dropped off my Tundra, they installed new dual exhaust flowmasters the same day. They did a great job and added additional support; it should be good to go for another decade, I hope. I strongly reccomend this shop, especially for your exhaust needs.

Excellent service. Oil change done within an hour plus they let me know about another problem they noticed & what it would cost for them to do. Very friendly & helpful. Nice customer waiting area.
