Louie and his team fit me in immediately and took charge of the entire process. They communicated directly with my insurance company, provided a free loaner car so I was never inconvenienced, and advocated for my repair to be restored to true factory standards. If it hadn’t been for Louie and his team, I would have unknowingly accepted about one-quarter of the compensation I was actually entitled to—and the value of my car would have taken a major hit. When I picked up my car, it looked absolutely brand new—you would never know anything had happened. Their skill, integrity, and customer care are unmatched. My car looks amazing!! Ed was extremely helpful from start to finish! When I picked up my car I had the pleasure to meet Louie, he was so funny and nice. And Jason cleaned my car extremely well!! We recently had one of our employees back the driver's side mirror into the garage. The Sharp team worked with us to find the most cost-efficient option and then were able to take care of us on a Saturday morning when our work truck was not out working.
