Both vehicle purchases have been from Rick who is extraordinary in every way in getting a buyer into a new vehicle. Then the finishing touches have also been by the same individual, Owen, who walks the buyer through all the details with the vehicle that has been purchased. He has also been great. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was watching a well-oiled machine work together. This place had an amazing team approach, where I was able to speak with focused team members who knew their stuff in their given area (versus how so many dealers have a sales person faking their way through the questions). These guys get service, delivery and customer intimacy. This was my first time here, but I don't think I will ever buy anywhere else going forward.
