Incredible staff! We were moving 800 miles away and our vehicle broke down in this O’Reilly’s parking lot. One of the team members helped us get our vehicle fixed and back on the road. So thankful we stopped at this O’Reilly!

Every time I come here I remember why I shop anywhere but oreilys in loudon. Customer service is terrible. Rude. You don’t even know you called the right store because the lady says “hello” instead of whatever they are instructed to say. On this occasion- my husband called to put a part on hold for me to pick up when I got off work. I’m not familiar with car parts so this is why he called and explained details so all I had to do was come in, say the name and pay. When I showed up, the store had zero customers. 2 workers behind the counter including the lady my husband spoke to. She asked me all kinds of questions and I said I don’t know I’m just here to pick up whatever he talked to you about. She said yeah it was me he talked to. I didn’t bring my phone inside so I was pretty much depending on their service. She said well I was busy and didn’t pull the item. Clearly at this time they weren’t busy and I could’ve understood the mistake or forgotten part if she didn’t have such an attitude to begin with. I told her and her coworker both nicely thank you no thanks I will take my business elsewhere.
