This place gave terrible service at the front desk. I was left to deal with nothing by bad manners and customer service. After I was told they did not touch my vehicle and would be unable to fix it due to them not having everything that was needed I was then charged with a $68.00 bill. They left my vehicle with no gas in it when it had almost a full tank. When I called to let them know I would be coming to get the vehicle later I asked did it start. The front desk lady thought she placed me on hold when I overheard her saying some very nasty things and I heard the mechanic say “I did not touch the vehicle” I would not recommend this place at all

AAA towing request. Not how I planned a Sunday morning headed to work but, Eddie's tow truck had a great response time and quickly made it to our destination.

After being recommended by another repair shop, I came into Eddies with an unknown grinding noise, expecting the worse—both mechanically and financially. Instead, Eddie himself came out on a drive to hear the noise, accurately diagnosed the problem, and had Travis fix it within the hour. Hands down my best experience with any mechanic, ever. As of writing this, I live in the DC area, but will happily take my car all the way down here—even if it means being towed. Thank you Eddie and Travis.
