Don't waste your time, avoid this place. They have the worst mechanics I've ever seen. They were too lazy to replace the silicon hose for coolant, after 2 hours waiting they told me, they dont have parts,and have to get from dealer, and trying charge 1186$ for 2 small hoses... and still charge me for inspection 88$, actually they didn't any inspections... shortly very bad experience...

The service writers and techs are super nice and friendly. However, the service this place uses for parts dispatch is utterly abysmal. I have been waiting for parts for my truck for over four hours now and the parts dispatch is getting later and later. I only need two freaking airbags replaced. It don't take no 4+ hours to get the parts for it, especially when the Kenworth Dealership has all the stuff necessary for it in stock. Get it together, Boss Shop.
