Broke down on a Sunday in the middle of nowhere on our way to Pennsylvania—and just when we thought we were out of luck, we came across some true Southern kindness. We spotted an open garage door and decided to pull in, even though it was closed. After struggling to get the car into park, Robert came over right away to help. He helped push the car to a better spot where a tow truck could reach it easily, then grabbed his diagnostic tool to check out the electronics. He even disconnected the battery to make sure everything was safe and secure. The shop wasn’t even open, but that didn’t stop Robert from going out of his way to help total strangers. In a world that moves so fast, it was refreshing to meet someone who still believes in lending a hand. We can’t thank him enough!
