Went in to get a correction from a different location mishap. I believe his name was Javier called his manager and helped make the experience right even though it was not their problem. Another location told me to go to any location to fix their error and they were rude to boot. So glad my experience here was a great one. Thanks again for being so great. It was also my first time in a dollar general market and I found it a great idea.

I stopped by this Dollar General location around 10:05 PM, well before their posted closing time of 11:00 PM. While I and a few other customers were still shopping, half the store lights were abruptly turned off without any announcement or warning. This made the shopping environment not only uncomfortable but also felt unsafe, especially considering how important visibility is when navigating store aisles or making purchasing decisions. I understand staff may want to start closing procedures early, but cutting the lights while customers are still inside, well within business hours, is unprofessional and gives the impression that customers are not valued. I hope management will reconsider how they handle closing time protocols for the sake of both customer experience and safety.
