I really hate giving bad reviews to small shops but this was my first time going here and I will sadly never be returning. I went to get new tires for my truck, I called in to get a quote and gave the exact size tires that I needed. First bad experience was that they tried to tell me that since I’m getting new tires on my truck that I needed to get an alignment. I have never once had to get an alignment for getting new tires. Next thing that happened is I dropped my truck off the night before to get my new tires mounted and balance the next day. I called around noon to see if they had an update on it and it hadn’t been brought into the shop yet. At 3:00 I received a call informing me that they had order the wrong size tires. And they didn’t inform me until the end of the day. Very disappointed with the planning for this shop. 1 not ordering the size that I said I needed, and 2 not checking it when they can in, instead waiting till the end of the day to check. And after all of that they didn’t offer any other solution other than to try a different shop. With this said I would recommend their solution to everyone. Save your time and If you want service done right go to a different shop.
