Boat yard in complete disrepair well beyond its glory days. Two covered docks deteriorating.

I don't know if Doug and Marion still own this place but they are amazing people . Working this marine in 1999 changed my life. I was a poor kid with no real future in mind. After a few months with these wonderful people and some solid advice from both Doug and Marion, 21 years later I'm very successful and extremely happy. I swear this place is magic .
