Came to this part store to buy parts they sold me the wrong wheel cylinders came back to get the right parts I forgot the parts they sold that didnt fit so came again so came up first this morning didnt have my debit card so on me so now gotta drive back to my damn house thats 16 miles away to get my card so they can put my money back on it instead of just giving me cash back so I can save t a trip I mean they took the money off my debit card i didnt use a credit card iv had this happen to me at advance auto and they gave me my money back and napa will do the same I can understand if I used a credit card instead of a debit card now it’s gonna cost me extra $20 n gas I recommend advance auto or if you want just superior parts for a little more money go to Napa try to good to small businesses but when it cost me outta my pocket for there screw up what if I lost my card then what guess I would be screwed so they will take money out if your bank just dont loose your card cause if ya do they will not give ya cash back

What a concise and speedy parts supplier! After dealing with them at the counter and through several commercial accounts, these guys (and gals) are the best in the business when comes to the Kingsport TN area. Kudos to Store manager Paul McRoy who runs a well oiled machine and takes pride in his store! Phone gets answered, sales people know product, and the parts are on the way. They will scour the earth for any particular part you may need!!!

Super friendly and nice people..Ordered a radiator for my Toyota truck and it arrived the next day when they said they would..Great quality at a fair price...Will def be back!!
