Ordered 3 gallons of coolant and was sent the wrong type. I get it, mistakes happen. In order to correct their mistake I need to wait until I receive a return shipping label, pack them back up, ship them back, and then, once they receive the return "We will process your replacement order." Seriously? Wait 2 more weeks because you messed up? Cancelled order. Plenty of other stores to purchase from.

FRAUD! The experience that I just had is unacceptable. I ordered two speakers from them, they were marked in stock, the expected ship date was the following day, and my card is charged the same day. I get an email four days later and my expected ship has changed to the following day after that email. Now I get another email saying my order is postponed indefinitely now due to the manufacturer. Meanwhile, at the same time this exact product is now available on Amazon being fulfilled by the manufacturer. Now where is my refund? They are quiet is can be now.

Staff is super rude. Seems like they don't care about customer service. I bought calipers through them and they took over 2 months just to send me the return labels for the core. (Wich "come" with your purchase.) I called several times to get the return label only to be told it was being worked on and to give 3-5 business days and to check my email. 2 months later I finally got the email after spending 45 minutes on the phone with a very rude rep who wanted to all of a sudden make it sound like it was my fault why I wasn't getting it. Yeah, my email works just fine thanks. I told them I was not getting off the phone until I had it in my email. All and all terrible customer service. I will say they're pricing is good but can't say I'll be shopping with truckid again.
