Exorbitant towing fees for the area and shady business practices. $240 fee to return a vehicle that was towed less than 3 minutes away, AND an added $100 fee to pick up the vehicle on a Saturday even though workers were already on site. $340 total which is way above average. Despicable knowing that folks have to get to work and the economy we currently live in. The vehicle was parked directly in front of a family members home where we were told by HOA management we had approval to park. Other neighbors frequently park in the same place relative to their own homes. Shady, sneaky and selective towing practices.

Very professional, truly a 24 hour operation. I called my AAA and got the run around and even hung up on. I then called 6 other tow truck companies and there were no drivers. T.W. came through in 7 minutes after the call. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know. Very Professional, prompt, and cool.
