Purchased a $280 battery for my 2012 Volvo XC70 in part due to the convenience and free installation offer, only to waste an hour of my time and return the battery because the crew’s memory saver was broken and they did not have a replacement part. The Vernon location also does not have a memory saver, so my next best option was the Windsor location, which is about 22 minute drive away. Two stars because the tech was a nice guy and they tried to fix their memory saver, only to get a replacement fuse stuck inside it ??♂️ They are offering a service that they cannot provide.

Always helpful staff even when it's crazy busy in there. Stopped in today to replace a windshield wiper blade and the store was very busy but the staff was pleasant to everyone. Had to wait a little while for them to help me install it but everyone on the staff apologized for the wait.
