Normally we are very satisfied with Jerry's so I am actually unsure how to rate them because after having my car for over a week my car is still not fixed and I had parts replaced on it that was not the issue nor fixed the problem. I think we must of gotten a very bad mechanic this time and we had to keep calling for updates which either the receptionist was too embarrassed to call us about the poor mechanic or it was the first time she was faced with this type of problem (where the car was worked on without a clue to the issue). We had to keep calling there and ask for an update. They gave us a discount on their work (the tires were necessary cost) but it still upsetting I now have to take my car elsewhere to get the problem fixed and pay more money for a mechanics time and materials and be without a vehicle again.

I came in a Friday afternoon with no appointment because of a tire that was losing air quickly. I was greeted warmly and attentively by Kristy. There were 2 other customers ahead of me but I was in and out within an hour. They plugged my tire and charged a very reasonable rate for doing so. They didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience because I showed up in the afternoon before a holiday weekend. They were so friendly, professional and welcoming. I highly recommend them!

Very willing to work me in for an exhaust leak! Same day service. They are great people who are serious about there customers no matter what! I enjoyed the time in the waiting room with the receptionist and other customers! I am glad to support a small business like this one!
