Danny was absolutely awesome! I called him after seeing how many positive reviews he had regarding a total loss claim and he did not disappoint. He went to work immediately and did his homework. CSI isn’t just a cool name. My insurance Co. wouldn’t pay me what it would require to replace my totaled vehicle. I probably uploaded 40 documents including comps,pictures,receipts and invoices. They have a figure in mind and no matter what you tell them or send them they’re not going to pay you your vehicles retail value. Hiring CSI was hands down the best money I’ve ever spent. Mr. Wyatt has a lifetime of experience in a number of areas. Mr. Wyatt even helped write the statute on Total Loss Vehicles ( ACV ). This is more than a review from an extremely pleased client . Be glad you found this review and stop looking any further. This is the company to hire. If I had it to do all over again I would have invoked my right to appraisal on day 1. I wasted 5 weeks talking to an insurance claims handler that was like talking to a brick wall in that they ignored 5 of 6 invoices for my recent tire purchase and complete brake job. Mr Wyatt got me an additional 24.86% more and I can now replace my vehicle without having to come out of pocket. I told him I would have been happy if he could have just got enough to cover his fee but he hit it out of the park !!!! I will truly miss my car. It was a low mileage beautiful classic that gave me years of enjoyment., My loss was bad enough as it was without adding insult in injury by dealing with my heartless insurance co. I usually don’t worry about things in life but I had to see my Dr for something to help me sleep. I would work my 12 1/2 hour shift and could only sleep 2-4 hours.i have never experienced anxiety in my life and i lost sleep for about 2 months until i got my prescription. Thanks to Mr Wyatt I don’t need my sleep aids anymore and I now get a full nights rest and don’t need my prescription anymore. God bless you CSI and it’s time to find another insurance company !
