Our small town has purchased a 17CY CDL Rear Loader. From the initial conversations, to reconfiguring the truck to tip dumpsters to negotiation on the price they have been a welcome change from the typical dealership experience. We did have a few mechanical problems with the truck post purchase and Tom's couldn't have done more to help resolve the problems. They do keep their word and that's something you can take to the bank!

About 90 minutes after I bought my garbage truck from them I was driving back home when the truck broke down on the side of the highway and had about $7000 worth of issues with the engine which they did pay %70 of and once it was fixed and I got it back home the hydraulics didn’t work and needs a new pump and when I told them they didn’t respond. It’s a chop shop and if you do decide to work with them then you should talk to the daughters because the owner isn’t worth talking to. There was also a bunch of little things wrong but that’s expected when you buy used. They were always nice but they either have Incompetent employees or they rip people off.
