I have 4 cars and I take all of them to this shop because I completely trust Sergio and his team. They recently changed the oil and brakes on my car, diagnosed and fixed the check engine light, and even replaced a seized engine. Throughout the process, they explained everything clearly, worked very professionally, and made sure the cars were running perfectly. Their honesty, skill, and attention to detail make this the best mechanic I’ve ever used. Highly recommended!

CAUTION!!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP! I took my truck for 4 codes that came up glow plug, egr Cooler and egr valve. They send me an invoice of 2,000.00 I trusted that it was a fair price. Over a week I waited finally Got the text it’s ready. I get to the shop I look at the bill and it’s 2436.00 I asked what the extra was Sergio said it was for parts he needed to replace, not confirming with me or calling me Letting me know about this extra work he does it and forces me to pay it. I drove my truck home it was shaking heavily never had it done this before I get home and put in my little computer I got from auto zone still showing the codes he said he replaced and 2 new codes that did not appear before. My gut was telling me he did not replace anything. I sent him a message explaining that the codes still appear and I would take my truck to another mechanic to verify he replaced all parts, he then admitted he didn’t do the cooler and he would refund me 1100$. I know for a fact he did not replace anything. I wasted weeks trusting a fraudulent shop I paid them 2400 on work he admitted wasn’t performed. I am filing a formal complaint with AG of Va filing a customer complaint and taking legal action. These type of shops need to be held accountable and put out of business. I am making it my mission to hold Sergio accountable.

Amazing experience. If you are looking for an honest mechanic and body shop, this is the place. They put a new exhaust pipe, repaired rear differential and also fixed a huge dent from an accident. They did an excellent job. Highly recommended
