Purchased a 2 ton heat pump 410a and air handler. Installed the air handler and heat pump. Nitrogen tested system and performed deep vacuum. Went to release the refrigerant into system and found no refrigerant in the system. Nitro tested heat pump with valves opened and found drilled hole in the bottom of the accumulator. Had to repair the hole and had to add 8 lbs of 410a to the system! Let’s see if I can recoup some of these uneccesary expense from this company!

This company is a scam and does not stand behind their products or warranty. I purchased a 2.5 ton condenser and coil. The dock company never called me when it arrived, and when I finally picked it up, the unit came in a sealed, non-transparent box with no exterior damage. When I opened it before installation, the coil was bent. After installation, the system wouldn’t pull down to 500 microns, and a nitrogen test confirmed the coil was leaking. I contacted the company the SAME DAY of installation, and their response was that I should have reported it at pickup — which is impossible since the damage was concealed inside the box. Their so-called “warranty” is worthless, and their customer service is nothing more than a way to push responsibility back on the customer. Because of their negligence, my company took a total financial loss. We had to buy another new unit from a local vendor and was installed with no problem. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and warning other contractors to stay away. Save yourself the money and frustration — buy from a reputable local supplier.
