I lost a windshield wiper while going through the car wash. As soon as I drove out, I called Firestone in Norwich Connecticut. The mechanic was very gracious and kind; he told me I can come right in. I was in and out in no time with a brand new set of windshield wipers. I am very happy with my service with Firestone over the years!

He explained every single thing to me about the tires about my warrantees about everything that he could possibly explain to me knowing that I’m a little older and don’t know a lot of the things. Brought a car in there for oil leak after driving it for a day it's leaking oil from everywhere I called the shop asking for help to get the car to the shop refuse to do that this is the Norwich location they refused to help in any way they cause the oil leaks because they did not know what they were dealing with they did not clean the breather covers or reseal them after they took them off and left tubes clogged with oil and is refusing to repair for it after spending over $3,000 in their shop Dan the store manager will not contact his boss to get this fixed tells me I can call corporate that takes 4 days for them to do anything unprofessional. Worst experience ever with any shop. Overcharge for parts overcharge for labor the parts come from advance Auto they mark it up two times what you could buy it for won't let you bring your own parts in. The worst experience ever and on top of that I've called other firestones they say this store is 100% responsible for the repair and tow back to their facility and the tech and the tech should be held responsible. This car was not oil that bad when I dropped it off
