My car had been experiencing a few issues that I couldn’t figure out, Hollywood told me to bring it to him and he’d figure it out. I appreciate his urgency the matter to be honest cuz most places just want your money and aren’t thorough. Thank you for getting me right Hollywood ❤️

I would never have my vehicle repaired by this shop ever again. I made several attempts to contact them from work..nobody never answers the phone, so I decided to go to the shop the owner told me to take my car & get out his shop bcz I ask him why nobody never answers the phone, voicemail full. I paid this shop to do repair work that was never done or very sloppy work. After the disagreement the owner agreed to replace my head gasket for free after having my vehicle a month before they decided to work on it. Anyway they replace the alternator twice, oh and the free work to replace the head gasket never done. I have pictures of the top n bottom that shows the work was never done and I had to find somebody to do the work and I have pictures of the new job showing they never done the job. Pictures of the old parts that was so hard for them to take off. The work was done at my house so i seem and made sure i have proof to backup everything in this review. I would never never ever take my vechicle to this shop again.

Bad business and bad service. My car has been there over a month and to this day, still not fixed. I was under the impression that it was taken through a diagnosis, worked on and set price to pay to retrieve my car, only to find out that neither job has been done at all. At least they didn't take my money to pay for service that was never serviced in the first place. I was referred to Blue Collar by a good friend of mine. I would NOT recommend this spot for car service. I'll change this review when there's better service. Other than that, this stays. This is bad business and bad service at the same time.
