I called on a Monday and asked the tech a few questions about my golf cart. He answered them and stated if I could get it down to him soon he would get the cart in and if not major would do the work right away. I drove 75 minutes to the location, we took if off the trailer and 45 minutes later the cart was back on the trailer and working great. All other location in my area told me 2 to 3 weeks. Not saying they can do it every time, but I found them honest and straightforward.....and the cost was very reasonable.

Mitch's wife kept me updated and informed, she is a pro at selection of best cart accessories/pricing. When my cart was returned, the employee took the time to go over each repair and accessories.
