I recently purchased a 2011 F550 from Triangle Truck Center in Franklinton, NC, and I can’t say enough good things about Grant, Jon, and Rick. These guys went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. After I signed all the paperwork and drove off the lot, the truck started running rough. I gave Jon a call — and even though it was Friday evening right at closing time, he immediately told me to bring it back. They didn’t hesitate for a second. Triangle Truck Center had the truck towed to a local Ford dealership for troubleshooting and repairs. It turned out to be a faulty fuel injector — and here’s the part that truly blew me away — they paid the repair bill in full, even though I had purchased the truck “As Is – No Warranty.” That level of honesty and commitment to doing the right thing is hard to find these days. Grant, Jon, and Rick proved that they truly stand behind what they sell and care about their customers long after the sale is done. I couldn’t ask for better, more honest folks to do business with.
