Amazing service. Took my Jeep in for some major vibrations. Ended up just being a couple loose bolts on the u joint. They fixed them and didn’t charge me anything. They for sure, could have told me I needed a replacement part and charged me big bucks. Integrity is key when choosing an auto service company. Cheseldine Service Center will treat you fair and I highly recommend them.

Here is my update. The repair to my van took time. I got my van back from the other repair shop on Dec 10th. I did in fact return to the shop, December 17. I called the afternoon of the 17th to make sure someone be available to meet with me. My car was taken into the bay. The repairman looked under my hood. They did show me the worn mounts, but also said the van is a lot quieter and cleaner under the hood. I also had my receipt from the other shop but Wayne didnt want to see it. The noise I was complaining from came from a bad water pump and due to my vehicle type it was recommended that the timing belt be replaced. So, 945.00 repaired my vehicle for the issue I was complaining about at another shop. My van has 288,000. I understand there are many things thst may have needed to be fixed on the van but the rear differential wasnt one of them at that particular time to get me back on the road. The van has had an oil change and is back on the road. I did attempt to dispute the charge for only 800.00 of my 1300.00 , but my card company sided with the repair shop. Im going to try again especially, now that the van is fixed. You live and learn and all I am saying is do your homework and get multiple opinions. People make mistakes so it would have been nice to at least get an apology and some of my money back. However, they were courteous during a difficult time. I have been to this location a total of 3 times. The 1st two times, I had the best experience. I received knowledgeable, courteous, efficient service. I felt the pricing was also fair. My most recent experience was less than desirable because $1,300.00 later, my vehicle is still having the same issue. I will have to take some fault in being mislead. I didn't fully do my research. Noise under the hood didn't justify a rear differential mount. Did I even know where the differential mount was before this......NO! A quick Google search would have saved me from writing this review. You live and learn. I wanted my vehicle fixed and trusted the shop that had serviced me so well before. Its really hard to find locations that can properly diagnose issues and fix them. I can see why people buy new vehicles and get rid of them within 3-5 years. Having a vehicle serviced is not worth the headache but sometimes you just cant afford to purchase a new vehicle.
