EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is my 1st visit to this shop. I saw Smoke coming from my hood and needed someone to check it out. The mechanic was able to find the problem and explain the situation to me. I was dropped off at home so I didn't have to wait for my car to be repaired. He was able to replace the radiator and look at some other issues with my car. Wow! Who does that? * Free ride home* * Free Diagnosis * All questions and concerns answered I was informed that I will receive a follow-up phone call about the other issues Monday. They got my business. WHAT SHOP DOES THAT?

LONG REVIEW- I'm not sure who these new people are at RAY'S but they are unprofessional and they try to over-charge, I dropped my car off to them to check it out because my car was overheating, i dropped my car off to Sean the mechanic he said that he would check the car out and call me when done well 4-5 hours went by no call, so i decided to call them he stated he was still checking it out I did not believe him so I went back up there come to find out he was hanging out with a car club he took up half the parking customers could not even come into the lot. When I asked what is wrong with the car he said I needed a new raidiator NOW the first time Tony said $350 sean tells me $450 when i comfronted Tony he went with sean's price so i took my truck home, I new sean was lying he never checked my car out at all, I ended up taking my car to another shop that found only a clamp was missing and needed to be replaced now if sean had checked my car like he said he should have found the same thing. a huge difference in payment $55 verses $450 and now my car is running like new. A word of advise I would rather be honest with my customers and have repeat people come in and word of mouth good publiicty then to bring people in that think certain customers (WOMEN) don't know any better so let me tell her anything. GOOD SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY its sad RAYS have been around a long time and used to have Great Service- Now I will never recommend anyone there at all. BE CAREFUL SPENDING YOUR MONEY THERE.

Shaun serviced me along with a another service man. Drove around for hours prior trying to get A/C services and NO availablility at 6 other places. He told me to return in 3 hours which I did. Needless to say Truck is cool and I'm satisfied.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐?❄?
