2 months ago. They changed my airbag. On the truck. Paid $440. The airbag broke, drove to the Loves Truck stop. The mechanic said that they installed the wrong airbag. When I called the truck service of Virginia . A girl answered and said there was no manager. She gave me an email so that I could send photos and a receipt from Loves Truck stop. No one answered ,on my email I called the next day, the same girl answered and said that the manager was not there and that he would call me back. She spoke very rudely. A week passed and he still hasn't called back and no one answered the email. BETTER STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP
