Arrived to retrieve my car and make payment — they refused release. If only I could give this shady business 0 star. Few cars from the Ryan Homes Mount Olive community were towed ahead of the snowstorm. They were not parked illegally — residents had simply been asked to move them the night before, but flight cancellations made that impossible. We showed up the very same day it was towed, before the storm even began, ready to pay and retrieve the vehicle. We were told we had to wait few more days because they were “closed.” This company advertises being open 24/7, yet suddenly claimed to be closed. They hide behind inconsistent hours while daily storage fees continue to pile up. When we asked what the daily rate was, the employee said he “couldn’t say.” No clear pricing. No transparency. Just a growing bill. As a business owner myself, I cannot comprehend posting false hours, having staff who cannot explain pricing, and operating without basic transparency. If you have a contract with this towing company, reconsider! There are far more ethical businesses in NJ. This was not just unprofessional — it was alarming.

This company came to my rescue after hitting a pothole and blowing out a tire on I-287S during rush hour traffic at 5:30PM with my young daughter in the car, who was really scared. Freddy responded quickly and he was fantastic! He was very friendly and he was able to get my spare on quickly and get me back on my way. I used them through my AAA membership, but I would hire them directly in the future if need be. Wonderful service!

I was looking to get a shipping container at my property for storage. AJACO Towing Inc. located a container for me and delivered faster than anyone else I contacted. Their office staff was friendly and helpful on the phone. They delivered with the proper equipment to set in a difficult to reach location. Their driver had the skills to manipulate and place the box where I wanted it, making my part much easier than I had anticipated. Thank You to AJACO towing and its staff.
