I came in for a simple headlight replacement. Just last month, the same service cost $10. This time, I was charged $15 for identical work. When I politely asked about the price difference, the owner responded arrogantly, saying: “Last time it was $10, this time it’s $15, next time it will be $20.” I was also made to wait intentionally, even though this job takes only a few minutes. Very unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. For such a basic repair, I expected transparency and respect. Instead, pricing felt arbitrary and the experience was uncomfortable. I won’t be returning.

I took my 2002 Nissan Maxima SE here some time between 2014 and 2015. They took 2 days to "replace" the spark plugs. The engine was misfiring, so I bought the parts and took it to the mechanic. There was no communication about what was being done and when we finally called multiple times, they gave the car back, charged $300 and on the ride home the car began misfiring again. We took the car back to see what happened and after much deliberation we found out that not only did they not complete the job. They kept the new parts and left some of the old parts in the car. I am not sure what happened exactly, but the owner refused to communicate clearly. After some arguing, they finally gave the new parts back, but refused to offer a refund.

My father loves this place for years as it is convenient, reliable, and they're pretty quick. There are always tons of cars in the lot, since people drop off their cars to be fixed. They can usually squeeze you in if not in a few hours, then a day or 2 max (they'll let you know if they have to order your part). When I, a female, went for weird car sounds when braking, he did a test drive for the screech and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. The nearest bank with an ATM is Wells Fargo. Conveniently located near many restaurants, like Chili's, ice cream, Indian/Asian flavors. Plenty of places to get gas and near RT27, Metro Park train station, and the parkway North and South, although calling an Uber is always an option. Turning in can be tricky, as Oak Tree Rd is quite busy, but there is a light nearby for the plaza across the street, and there is a left turn lane in the middle.
