Shahid was fantastic. He was the only person who answered my phone call at midnight stranded on the side of the highway, said he would be there in 35 minutes and he was there in 30. After that, I explained to him I was 200 miles from home, and he set up a time and price for the next morning to take me all 212 miles at a very fair price. On time, great customer service and professional. Don’t hesitate to use Shahid and Mary towing.

Extremely unprofessional. They told me I could only pay with Cash, Cash App, Zelle or Apple Pay. I stated I am only comfortable with paying with card so that my purchase is insured. I declined his service and the owner cursed me out and stuck his middle finger up at me stating I wasted his time because he drove out there. If this was stated over the phone before dispatching, I would have gladly declined then.

I Witnessed Extremely Unprofessional Behavior From This Towing Company. One Of Their Drivers Was Yelling And Cursing At A Woman In My Neighborhood Simply Because She Wanted To Pay With Her Credit Card. There’s No Excuse For That Kind Of Aggressive And Disrespectful Behavior, Especially From Someone Representing A Business. I Would Not Recommend This Company To Anyone.
