I waited for over 3 hours for this company to show up. We broke down 20 minutes from their location. We went through our insurance company. After 1 and half hours we called. We were told that they had another hour before they had to be there. After 2 and half hours we called back, they did not answer the phone. Kept sending me to voice mail. Then they text to say “how can I help you” again I told them we were waiting again they told me they didn’t have to be there yet. They were rude and completely unprofessional. I didn’t realize that towing companies will only show up when they “have” to. I will never use this company again and I will make sure my insurance knows not to use them as well.

I got a flat tire on my drive home, my insurance company reached out and got “Gettin2it Roadside Assistance” dispatched to my call. I was contacted by them with an estimated time of arrival and a courteous heads up they were a little running behind. When Rich pulled up he was very professional. He had my tire changed in no time and even offered to plug the puncture. I would recommend them for your roadside assistance needs. Thanks for helping out again!
