I went to Miller Brothers for a wreck about a week ago, it only took them 6 days to order the parts and fix my car up. It looks absolutely amazing! Honestly better than it did before. Amazing service and absolutely love the staff!

Great staff and service! I brought my car in for repair on a Friday and they had the parts ordered before I left. Parts came in that Monday and my car was ready to go by Wednesday. They also worked with me to get the best price possible for what I needed done. Highly recommend!

As a young single woman (who knows nothing about cars, and moved here from Atlanta), I was very worried about trusting someone with my car. I know many can relate where you get to a mechanic, they name parts you’ve never heard of, the bill is insanely high, and you just feel lied to and uncomfortable. This message is obviously for both genders, but seriously, women, look no further. Miller’s is one of the BEST car places I’ve ever been to. I first and foremost feel safe when I go. I feel heard and understood. Lastly, they actually get on to me for asking if I need more work than my car requires. One conversation verbatim went, “No maam, all you need is an alignment.” (When I easily named $1000 worth of items/work that other car places told me I needed). I have had some of their workers take me during lunch, they’ve worked around my busy schedule, they fought for me for my insurance claim when my adjuster wanted used parts (and Miller’s refused to put me through it and successfully won). Seriously, dad’s, husbands, brothers, look no further. If you’re worried a woman/loved one could be lied to about their vehicle and what it needs, and you don’t know where to send them… it’s Miller’s. These guys know to treat everyone equally, and really do work for YOU. I won’t go to another car place as long as I’m in Knoxville!
