100% recommend. We broke down about 13 miles south of Spencer, ID. Slightly over an hour after calling B&B Auto, Mark arrived to tow our truck and trailer back to Idaho Falls. He truly went above and beyond, even offering to stop by the auto parts store so that we could get the parts we needed for our repairs.

Exceptional Service!! The driveshaft on my jeep seized while towing a very heavy cargo trailer back to Canada. It died along the I-15 just outside of Idaho Falls at 11pm. We called B&B first, who answered right away and assured me they could pick it up quickly so we left it on the side of the road. They towed it out to their shop in Mud Lake for repairs and ordered me the upgraded part and dealt with my 3rd party warranty. I couldn't make it down for an entire month, but Stan was very communicative and kept in touch the entire time. When I finally made it down, Mark and Stan were friendly and treated me like I was family. Checked over my vehicle and trailer before I hit the road for the 8 hour trek back north. I cannot recommend them enough and am so thankful I found them on Google. My jeep ran great the whole way and I made it back to Alberta safe and sound!
