Disappointed and Frustrated with Our Experience We entrusted this shop with our Land Rover in December to address a suspension issue. Unfortunately, after nearly 10 months, the vehicle was returned to us—at our own towing expense—in a non-operational state and partially disassembled. Throughout this time, communication was extremely difficult. Despite multiple documented attempts to reach out and request updates or quotes for additional repairs, we received little to no response. When contact was made, the owner was often defensive and placed blame on us for the lack of communication, which we can clearly refute. When we initially arrived to pick up the vehicle in February, after being told the vehicle was ready and having paid the owner, it was not drivable. It was blocked under the rear tire and wouldn’t shift out of park. We were later told there was water damage, possibly from a clogged sunroof, but no responsibility was taken despite the vehicle being in their care for two months at that point. We continued to offer to pay for the necessary repairs and simply asked for a quote, which was never provided. Then, on October 3rd, we were informed that the vehicle was considered abandoned and would be impounded if not picked up—despite no resolution or communication regarding the outstanding issues. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and stressful. We hope others will proceed with caution and ensure clear expectations and documentation before engaging with this shop. Edited to add that the pictures I have included are not at all how the vehicle was dropped off.

SHORT VERSION: They took $5,000 cash, held my car for 16 MONTHS, let rats nest inside it, used zip ties on fuel lines (fire hazard), and when I sued and won, they dissolved the business the next day. They have no assets—you'll never collect. THE STORY: My 2016 Volvo broke down June 2023. Had it towed to Kennesaw Euro Sport—they "specialize" in European cars. Red flags from day one: Scott suggested I buy an extended warranty AFTER my car was broken—that's insurance fraud. He also made racist comments about Black customers doing chargebacks. Disgusting. Sean couldn't stop oversharing—drugs, women, rockstar lifestyle. When I mentioned I sell firearms, he immediately volunteered he has a "criminal past." I later found his court records: vehicle theft, DUI, drug charges going back to the early 2000s. THE RUNAROUND: First the fuel pump. Then a valve. Then head gasket. They admitted trying to REUSE the old head gasket (you never do this). Sent the head to a machinist THREE times. Still leaking. Then said I needed a whole new engine—that "hunt" took months more. I paid $5,000 CASH for a discount (no paper trail—red flag I ignored). No receipt. 16 MONTHS OF DECAY: My car sat in their lot for over a YEAR. Windows left down. Mildew inside. Paint covered in mold. Their shop window was broken—"mad customer threw a rock," Scott said casually. Sean talked about mechanics quitting, lawsuits, landlord trying to evict him. They hadn't paid rent for 6 months. WHAT I GOT BACK (Oct 2024): RAT NESTS with droppings throughout the interior Fuel sensor held on with ZIP TIES—could have caused a fire Same contaminated coolant from day one (engine probably never replaced) Loose bolts on the floorboards Mildew smell everywhere "JUSTICE": I sued. They dissolved the business THE NEXT DAY. I won $6,500 by default—they didn't show up. But they have no assets. Judgment is worthless. They're now in Marietta, still scamming. Sean Okon and Scott Fleisher are crooks. RUN.

Sean is a rarity in the repair world. He is honest, told me that a warning light was just needing a reset instead of a repair. Saved me $$. I made an appointment and upon arrival my car was up on a rack within 10 minutes. I couldn't be happier with experience with KENNESAW EUROSPORTS and all 3 of the people I interacted with. I have now found my answer to the eternal issue that confounds every Mercedes owner, where will I have my serviced. 5++ stars..
