This dealership is an absolute joke. Calling them “the worst I’ve ever dealt with” doesn’t even come close. They took a simple 10-minute coolant temperature sensor pigtail job and dragged it out for four hours, then tried to hit me with a $392 bill. That’s not bad service — that’s straight-up robbery. After I complained, they cut the $392 in half, which tells you they knew they were overcharging in the first place. And they still charged me. On top of that, they added a $475.02 diagnostic fee for a “minimum 2 hours,” even though the diagnostic took 30 minutes. Every dealership across the country charges 1 hour minimum for diagnostics, not 2 hours. I have no idea how they justify billing double the standard rate for something they barely touched. My truck sat in the bay while the manager decided it was the perfect time to hold a meeting with the employees. I understand managers need to have meetings, but you don’t do that when a customer’s truck is literally sitting there waiting for repairs. Have the meeting before opening, after closing, or when no one is waiting. Doing it during active repair time is completely unprofessional and shows zero respect for the customer’s time. Management saw everything and clearly didn’t care — which explains why this place is such a disaster. They don’t work weekends because they don’t have enough real work, and after seeing how they operate, it’s obvious why customers avoid them. And the front-desk rep telling me, “We’re good mechanics, trust us,” was laughable. If anyone at TransTec Inc. says that to you, that’s your sign to run. These people are lazy, overpriced, and completely incompetent. Every TransTec location I’ve dealt with has been the same mess.

I 100% recommend Transteck, Inc for excellent, timely repair and service! My coolant line on Freightliner Cascadia Dd15 needed to be replaced. I called and Thomas looked the part up, went and got it and held it. Upon speaking with him I inquired about service. He transferred me to Kyle, who told me to go ahead and bring the truck in and they would go ahead and put the line on for me right away. When I got there Willette greeted me and my pup with kindness that put my stressful day at ease. These guys are prompt, professional, and very kind and helpful to the driver. Excellent ?? large shop and service with great people!
