Unfortunately, the customer service experience at this business was deeply disappointing. A friend of mine ordered a part, but the wrong item was sent. When he contacted the company to resolve the issue, he was met with hostility rather than assistance. Instead of a productive conversation, the owner could be heard in the background becoming visibly upset and refusing to engage directly. The sales representative was left trying to mediate the situation, clearly caught between the customer and an uncooperative owner. It was uncomfortable to witness, and it seemed the staff were more focused on deflecting blame than resolving the issue. Mistakes happen, and policies are understandable—but the unwillingness to listen, the lack of professionalism, and the poor attitude displayed throughout made it clear that customer care is not a priority here. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for their boating needs.

Fantastic all-around. I had a mobile mechanic come out and tell me I needed a costly replacement of my fuel system. Jim and his crew diagnosed the issue properly and saved me a couple thousand dollars. Trustworthy and quality service, you can’t go wrong.
