I got an estimate from the shop (on a Thursday) & was told the 3 items I wanted done (minor items) would take all day to have done. I made travel arrangements to drop & then pick up the vehicle, called them to let them know when I could drop it off only to be told that THEY DON'T ACCEPT vehicles toward the end of the week cause they're "closed Sat & Sun" (which I knew). BUT, I WASN'T TOLD THAT WHEN I STOPPED IN FOR THE ESTIMATE. The guy I spoke to today to set the appointment, #1 didn't ask me what work I was getting done, nor #2 did he ask my name to look up my quote to even see what the expectations were. They lost a customer! What a waste of my time that ordeal was & how annoying!

Really happy with Auto Doctor. Communication was superb. They gave me a time when they could get my truck in and stuck to it. Turned it around quickly and stuck to the estimated timeline to repair. Great price and kind service at the front. Did a great job on color matching the paint. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for service.
