just wasted 4 months trying to get some rust spots fixed on my car. waited 6 weeks for the first appointment. They could not fix it then because somebody was out sick. so they rescheduled for 2 or 3 weeks later. After i took for the second appointment, Car set on their lot for 3 more weeks and was never touched. When i talk to them, i got a bunch of contradictory answers. I think fixing these rust posts was above their skill set and they just would not say they did not want to work on it. Lucky for me, i have an extra car. Now i have to find someone else to fix it.

I brought my bumper by to get a quote on getting it painted, the price was fair so I dropped it off hoping to get it back within a week or two. Two months later they said they needed the vin to match the paint so I got it to them right away. At 6 months they told me they had gotten behind and apologized, then the next month they said they would not paint it because it had been repaired in the past. The repair was obvious and I even pointed it out to them when I got the original quote, but they refused to do anything. Bottom line they will waste your time.
