I was driving to Charlottesville and got a flat tire - called my insurance company they messed up which caused me to wait for 2 hours in a pitch dark one lane road . As I was nervously waiting, I received a call from Virginia towing and roadside - driver introduced himself as Ron - from the start he was extremely professional / comforting and reassuring . He started with telling me he knew my exact location and not to worry. He showed up exactly on time - loaded my car on his truck bed - it took him total of 15 min tops - he knew what he was doing - kept a smile. I manage hotels as my profession and have focused on guest service all of my life . Ron is really an excellent representation of VA towing - his professional and kind demeanor is out of this world! - I had put an incorrect drop off address Ron was extremely accommodating on letting me change to correct address - Ron once again thanks for all your help - people like you make this world just a little better place to live
