I was stranded from 7:33pm to 12 at night on 211, long and behold came my knight in shining armor. DB towing. When I say Caleb and David went above and beyond for me, I truly mean that. I am so appreciative for them and their integrity and commitment go a long way with what they did for me tonight. Not only did they make amends for something my roadside assistance messed up (was never D&Bs issue from the start to clarify) but they also made sure to communicate and provide me with compassion and help during my time of need. I am forever grateful for them, and will definitely be using or requesting and even just recommending them when the time arises. Thank you all for the help and support. - for records my Ford F250 is what was towed, no job too big, no need to small. Thanks gentlemen and I cannot say that enough. I will 100% be in touch!

0n 7/3/24 I went out to start my car and nothing happened. I called Triple A and I was so lucky to be connected to DB Towing. The wonderful Christopher arrived in about half the time that was predicted by Triple A. He tested my battery and offered to jump it. I asked him to check the date on the battery and since it was more than 5 years old I requested a new battery. Christopher put in the new battery and checked the car to make sure everything was working properly. He never tried to take advantage of me and I totally trusted him. He was also kind, informative, and concerned that my car was working perfectly before he left. Thank you Christopher and DB Towing for making a bad situation into something positive. David responded to a AAA call for my disabled car about 20 minutes after being dispatched on a Wednesday late afternoon. He was processional, careful, and helpful in loading my car on his flatbed. I highly recommend DB Towing and would use them again.
