I purchased this boat with the goal of enriching my son's life, which is limited because he has been both blind and deaf since birth. From the moment I decided to store this boat at The Boatyard, the entire staff- every one of them- have been genuinely concerned about my son's safety and enjoyment. They readily and generously give me all the help we need. Their extensive boating knowledge is shared with everyone there. Having a rough day? You are always greeted with big smiles as they try to anticipate your needs. Their concern is genuine. The respect and care they give your boat is readily apparent. I can only say good things about The Boat Yard! Given I don’t live on the water, The Boat Yard makes it possible to easily access ‘boat time’ without the hassle of trailering the boat and putting it in/out of the water on my own. Zack, the manager, has the customers’ best interests in mind and does a great job of running the show. I trust him and the crew he staffs to communicate effectively, care for my boat and assure that summer life in Green Bay involves some serious waterskiing and quality time with friends on the water.
