Called this company for a tow because my car failed to start in the Foodlion parking lot. They advised me of the expected arrival time, when I asked if there was any way they could pick get here sooner, they suggested their competition (now that's something you don't experience every day). They were more concerned about me being served in a timely manner than their company getting the call. Nice to see customer service at work in a very competitive industry.

Charged us $150 for a tow of less than 2 mile, and then said the repairs would cost us $2000 for brakes and calipers. We told them no to the work cause that was ridiculous. Paid $250 to get our key back. A friend of ours went to pick the car up and the guy there said if our friend tried to drive it out of the parking lot, he would call the cops even tho he had our key and permission. Never go to this place!!!!!

I live on burnt chimney road and they charged 150$ for a 4 minute towing. Not to mention a 2000$ charge to change brakes and a wheel bearing. I understand now why they 2 guys can play Xbox live in the front office! No one comes in. I highly, highly recommend you go anywhere, literally for any automotive repairs. (PS, they drove my suv on to the tow truck) replace the Xbox with a stair climber boys
