Near closing i was stuck! I limped my trailer to Advance auto. I needed 2 wheel bearings for my trailer wheel. They don't have them for trailers in stock. The store manager was the coolest! She says I'm gonna go see what I can find. She came back with several and just like that one fit! And she had 2 of them! And they weren't expensive! Wow, she did save me! I was pretty far from home! Its very rare these days to get customer service like that! Thank you so much! She deserves a award and a raise! Highly recommend this store for great customer service and professionalism.

made a order and gave it to the wrong person. I called and asked for a refund or my oil and filter and they said no. Called corporate and said they couldn’t do anything about it. Went in and finally got a refund. Train your employees better. Will never ever go back. Worst experience ever. Dont recommend this spot. If i could give zero stars i would.

Place sucks! Try to be as efficient as posible and order my products thru the app to plan to pick up the next day after work. I get a email saying someone picked up my stuff. I immediately call the store for them to explain to me the email their response “ yeah some short white girl picked it up” i tell them that nobody was meant to pick up my order and that this a mistake on their part and if i can pick it up later when i got off of work they said no because someone picked it up. my order was already payed for online. They tell me to call the 877 number they have me on hold for 1hr to end up telling me they cant do anything because it was picked up already. I demand a refund and they give me the same excuse i told them i was going to file a police report and their whole attitude shifted. They try to make file a complain thru hr and hanged up. Ended up getting refund but wastes so much time and had to go to the store to demand it. I suggest moving forward to train your employees to not give random people orders or to own up to their mistakes never had issue with any advance auto except this one.
