This morning we had called and got a hold to a Kelly. Kelly stated that they was not open due to the holiday hours but overly welcomed us to come since we had driven an hr and was 15 min out! She stayed for us to get our parts we had called for prior that week. She was very educational and very polite and whiling to help us with everything we were asking and needing. We thank Kelly and the staff for going above and beyond on their services ! And we can not thank them enough for making my dads Christmas!!

J@W nova parts are some really nice people. Their parts always fit right. An if you do have a problem they take care of it. I've been buying from them for several years. Kelly Brown is rude, overbearing, uncooperative and bullies the customer and her employees. Avoid doing business with them. Your money is better spent elsewhere. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.
