On 12/20, I’d taken our truck to have a tire replaced in, D.C. unbeknownst to us the technician failed to tighten the lug nuts! I was on 495 traveling at 65 MPH when our SUV began to violently shake. I asked Siri where the nearest automotive shop was and thank God, I was less than 3miles away. I dodged 3 accidents attempting to get to them. Upon turning into the parking lot, the tire completely flew off and our vehicle fell to the ground! These guys came running out to help! They orchestrated a tow and repairs at the OTHER dealerships expense as opposed to using our own insurance.(still in awe at that) We’re forever grateful to you and your team for how you blessed our family.
