Extremely personable, fast, and professional. Most of all they seemed like they cared about safety first and foremost especially in the winter months. A lifesaver this late at night and in the holiday weekend. Not sure what I would have done w ithout them.

Mom and pop ran CORPORATE PRICE !!!Paid 600$ after being told 300$!.. Don’t use them ! Called to get pulled out of a snowy hill was told it was 300$ and they asked me to send pictures of the situation I was in . Sent pictures . They showed up to pull me out and ended up getting stuck themselves, after they called another person to pull them out they finally got me unstuck after several hours. After I was pulled out and ready to go they said “ bad news I got to charge you another 300$” for the 2nd truck because he got himself stuck . totaling 600$ . At no point was I warned it was ever going to be any more than the initial 300. I will never do business with this pace again .

Dont recommend Wilson’s. they towed my vehicle to their shop After finding out, it would be roughly 7 weeks before they could even work it into their schedule. I ended up moving it to Parkway in Rochester. They charge insurance outrageous amounts for towing! Plus a $225 gate fee.
